Understand Your Requirement
We begin with your application: what the water is used for, how much you need, what the site allows and what the treated water must achieve. Knowing the purpose of the plant, and any discharge or reuse expectations, sets the direction for everything that follows.
Water / Wastewater Analysis
Treatment design depends on feed-water or effluent characteristics. We review the water quality data you provide and, where more information is needed, recommend which parameters should be tested so the process is based on your actual water.
Process & Plant Design
Engineers select the treatment stages, size the equipment and prepare the plant layout, weighing capacity, treated-water targets, energy use, chemical consumption and available space. The aim is a design that can be operated and maintained in practice.
Manufacturing & Fabrication
Tanks, skids, piping and equipment are fabricated to the approved design, using components selected for the duty. Quality checks during fabrication help confirm the plant matches the specified configuration before it leaves for site.
Installation & Commissioning
Where included in scope, the plant is installed, connected and commissioned at site. Commissioning brings each treatment stage online, confirms it operates as designed and prepares your team to run the system.
After-Sales / O&M Support
